Advert TextWe are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic RYA Senior Instructors to join the senior team at Wimbledon Park Watersports Centre.These roles require an adaptable approach with successful candidates working a flexible 35 contracted hours per week which will be higher or lower on a given week according to demand and will include some weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.EssentialExperience & Qualifications:RYA Senior Instructor (dinghy)Paddlesports Experience (either qualified instructor, experienced personal paddling or willingness to learn)Excellent communications skillsExperience in coaching adults and children including those with additional needsDesirableBCAB Paddlesports Instructor (or British Canoeing Instructor) or higher paddlesport qualification (e.g. BCAB Performance Coach)RYA Powerboat InstructorAt least one year's experience working in a Recognised Training Centre (RTC) as an active Senior InstructorRYA Windsurf InstructorRacing/Advanced Instructor endorsementsYou will have good technical knowledge of the RYADuties IncludeDelivering high quality sessions across various activities.
