The practice specialises in luxury residential and boutique hospitality projects across the UK and internationally, delivering exceptional design quality across all RIBA stages.The RoleYou will be joining an established team working on a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and hospitality schemes. The ideal candidate will have strong design flair, excellent technical understanding, and proven experience working on UK-based luxury homes. You will gain exposure across RIBA Stages 0–7, working closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and clients.Key Requirements * Masters in Architecture (or equivalent) * Minimum 2 years Part II experience (UK preferred) * High-end residential experience is essential, including UK luxury private homes * Interiors experience is highly beneficial * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is essential * Experience with Vectorworks and/or Revit is preferred * Good understanding of RIBA Work Stages 0–7 * Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills * UK project experience is essential * Must have full Right to Work in the UK * (British passport, Settled Status, ILR, or valid visa with at least 2 years remaining) * No sponsorship is available for this roleWhat the Practice Offers * Hybrid working * Free lunches Monday–Thursday * Bonus scheme * Pension contributions * Generous annual leave package * Support and mentorship if you wish to work towards your Part III qualification * Collaborative, friendly, and design-led studio environment * Opportunity to work on prestigious, creatively fulfilling projectsHow to ApplyIf you meet the criteria and are excited to join a distinguished London studio delivering world-class residential and hospitality design, please send your CV, portfolio (max 10–15MB), and a brief cover note outlining your experience
