Business Development Manager Up to £40,000 + Commission Remote (South Wales)We're looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth for a leading telecoms and IT solutions provider. If you're a natural networker, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record in B2B sales, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business.Prospect and engage with potential customers, generating quality leads.Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance.What We're Looking ForEssential:2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecoms, IT, or managed services.Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to build long-term business relationships.Self-motivated and results-driven.Thrives working from home with a self-starter attitude, motivated, disciplined and confident managing their own time and workload.Desirable:Knowledge of telecoms (broadband, VoIP, mobile).Experience selling IT support or security solutions.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.What's in It for You Salary up to £40,000 + uncapped commission (10% GP for first 12 months of each contract).Remote role in South Wales, with opportunities for client visits.Supportive, growth-focused environment.Career development opportunities in a rapidly growing sector.
