If so, we have the perfect role for you About Us:Baby Scanning is a trusted provider of pregnancy ultrasound scans, offering parents-to-be a magical and memorable experience. We take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for expectant families, ensuring they feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way. The Role:As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a professional and friendly service. Your role will be essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every visitor. Key Responsibilities:️ Greeting clients with a warm and welcoming smile️ Managing appointments and scheduling bookings️ Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries️ Processing payments and maintaining records️ Keeping the reception area clean and organised️ Supporting the team to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.️ Social Media Marketing to build up custom base. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and people skills A friendly and compassionate nature Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred but not essential) Basic IT skills and confidence using booking systems Why Join Us?
