Leisure Receptionist

**We are currently looking for a Leisure **Receptionist** who can work during the week including weekends on a rota basis**

**What Will You Do**

As a Receptionist you will be
- Handling guest queries
- Making leisure bookings

The Leisure Reception area is a busy environment and therefore we are looking for a Leisure Receptionist who can work across various shifts during the week which will discussed at the interview. **What Will You Bring**

As a Leisure Receptionist, you should have
- Relevant reception or front of house experience
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Excellent Customer Care Skills Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
- An eye for quality standards and safety
- Enthusiasm for working with customers
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- A flexible approach to working including weekends and public holidays is essential
