Recruitment Business Development or Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant – B2BSelf EmployedHigh % Commission Only (no basic) with impressive bonus top upsRemote Only – UK WideSME MarketHatched Talent Solutions is founded on the passion of delivering collaborative, personalised, solutions-based recruitment services that address specific business challenges and requirements for SMEs, UK Wide.We offer that much needed alternative to just sending CV's... we strive to be an extension of our Partner's team and align ourselves to their business to fully embrace their company's culture, challenges and ambitions to ensure we offer a truly collaborative and transparent Recruitment Partnership with a friendly yet consultative approach.We offer Two Permanent and Temporary requirementsHatched Talent DIRECTHeadhunt ServicesThe PersonWe are looking for a B2B Sales Consultant with Recruitment experience or and experienced 360 Senior/Principal recruiter to join us on our road to being the go to recruitment partner for SME businesses throughout the UKResponsibilitiesDevelop lead and revenue generating strategies based on the needs of the SME marketInitiate calls and emails to prospective clients to create new business opportunities for our suite of services.Use LinkedIn, data lists, and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential clients.Respond to online job adverts and engage with companies posting relevant positions.Proactively present candidate CVs to potential employers, emphasizing key skills and experiences (360 responsibilities)Headhunt and deliver quality candidates (360 responsibilities)Address initial objections and provide comprehensive information about the company's services.Update and maintain the company's database of leads and potential clients.Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments and lead quality.Deliver and exceptional and collaborative service to new and existing partners.Requirements3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry.Permanent or Temporary recruitment experienceStrong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.Fluent in spoken English with excellent written communication skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.Proficient in using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.A world class account management mindset and experienceExperienced in cold calling and handling objections.Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.Excellent time management and organizational skills.What's on offerFull Remote Working anywhere in the UKHigh commission-only compensation (no basic salary)Quarterly top up bonusesOnce revenue targets are met, an opportunity to become a Shareholder and Director of the businessAccess to all back office needs including database, LinkedIn / Sales Nav (role depending) and job boards
