360 Recruiter – GTM & Tech | Fully Remote | High-Growth Boutique Location: Fully remote (occasional travel for client or team sessions)
Focus: Business development–led 360 role with a relationship-first, consultative approach
Specialisms: GTM, Product, Engineering (start-up & scale-up ecosystem)
This fast-growing boutique recruitment partner supports early-stage, venture-backed technology companies as they scale from Seed to Series B. The team works deeply within each client relationship, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than transactional placements.
The environment is remote, flexible, and outcome-driven—ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy rather than KPIs.
We’re seeking a commercially minded 360 Recruiter with a strong focus on business development and the ability to build new client relationships in the start-up tech space.
You’ll combine BD leadership with high-quality delivery once accounts are secured, helping founders and leadership teams hire across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
Build long-term, consultative partnerships with founders and senior hiring leaders.
Expand accounts into multi-role, ongoing relationships.
Deliver recruitment projects across GTM, Product, and Engineering once an account is secured.
Contribute to the commercial growth and strategic direction of the boutique.
Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience within tech or GTM recruitment — essential.
Proven ability to win new business and develop accounts.
Relationship-led, consultative approach to BD and delivery.
Comfortable in a small, flexible, non-KPI-driven environment.
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage BD and delivery workload effectively.
Freedom to drive BD and build your own client base with full autonomy.
Fully remote and outcome-focused working culture.
Exposure to founders, investors, and senior leaders in VC-backed tech companies.
Influence over commercial strategy, process development, and future team scaling.
