FP&A Analyst – Private Equity Exit SupportLocation | London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)Contract | Interim / Consulting AssignmentStart | ASAPEKAbout the RoleA high-growth organisation backed by a leading Private Equity fund is entering a critical phase as it prepares for an exit process. The business is seeking a technically strong and analytically minded FP&A Analyst to support the finance and corporate development teams throughout this transaction.This role is ideal for an ACA-qualified finance professional with a Transaction Services/Deals background who has been involved in carve-outs, exits, or sale processes, and who wants to step into a commercial, hands-on position within industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the business through exit readiness and the PE sale process.Prepare and analyse financial data, performance packs, and transaction-specific reporting.Assist with building and reviewing financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.Work closely with external advisors and internal senior stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Support the development of materials for investors and due diligence providers.Contribute to carve-out analysis, deal preparation, and other transactional workstreams.Provide ad hoc analysis and insight to support decision-making throughout the exit timeline.Candidate ProfileACA qualified accountant.2–4 years out of practice, ideally within FP&A, commercial finance, or a transaction-focused role.Strong background in Transaction Services, Deals, Corporate Finance, or M&A.Experience working on exits, carve-outs, disposals, or vendor/sell-side processes.Sector is agnostic—experience across any industry is welcome.Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.Strong communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and advisors.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.Able to be London-based 3 days per week.
