Including a mobile app providing a range of wellness content on physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeingPerks and savings, such as digital gift card discounts, online cashback, in-store and online coupons and lifestyle offersA company who cares about our communities; the environment and being a better business Click here to read about The Greggs PledgeColleague Networks – internal groups where colleagues and their allies can share their own experiences, offer feedback on the way we do things at Greggs, and provide support to one anotherAbout the roleThis is a part-time role (30 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be consideredWe know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their roleThe base location for this role is Greggs HouseWhat you'll doAs a Retail Replenishment planner you’ll:Support with the analysis of the creation of orders based on sales forecast and replenishment factors within the SAP replenishment system ensuring orders are sent to the correct supply centre for production or picking on timeFlag any articles where orders appear too high or too low to the forecasting team especially during periods of seasonal change, new launches and activity and lines which are being discontinuedSupport the management of the new shop process, including refits, re-sites and closures, working cross functionally with the relevant teams to ensure shops are supported throughout the processSupport the Hygiene order cycle between shops, retail, procurement and supply sitesDealing with shop queries and ensuring that issues are resolved following the most appropriate course of actionSupport the stock count process for new shops, offline shops ad hoc counts and season counts in shopsKeep up to date with future NPD, discontinuations, activity plans and forecast changesManage the allocation of product for seasonal lines, NPD or stock shortageManage the offline shop order process, ensuring any relevant shops get a good shop orderSupport the analysis of what articles are being amended in shops and what impact that is having on availability and wasteAudit the delivery cycle maintenance in the replenishment system, flagging issues for resolution with the forecasting team or MDM where appropriateSupport the process to flag weather forecasts to the forecasting team, highlighting significant changes which may impact the short-term sales forecastAbout youYou will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levelsA proven ability to provide excellence in customer serviceHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailExperience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at paceStrong skills in planning, prioritising, and organisingMulti-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescalesIT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TeamsYou are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiativeEnjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results togetherAre supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is goodWant to develop and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journeyAbout GreggsHere at Greggs, we love what we do, and we have fun What makes Greggs so special is our culture – the way we are, the way we behave and the way we support each other.
