We value work‑life balance and offer flexibility as needed. The base location is Greggs House. What you'll do Support the analysis of order creation based on sales forecast and replenishment factors within the SAP replenishment system, ensuring accurate and timely orders to the correct supply centre. Flag articles with anomalous order levels to the forecasting team, especially during seasonal change, new launches or discontinuations. Assist in managing the new shop process (refits, re‑sites, closures) cross‑functionally to ensure smooth shop support. Manage the hygiene order cycle between shops, retail, procurement and supply sites. Handle shop queries and resolve issues appropriately. Support stock count processes for new shops, offline shop ad‑hoc counts and seasonal counts. Keep up to date with future NPD, discontinuations, activity plans and forecast changes. Allocate products for seasonal lines, NPD or stock shortages. Manage the offline shop order process to ensure relevant shops receive appropriate shop orders. Analyze article changes in shops and assess impacts on availability and waste. Audit the delivery cycle maintenance in the replenishment system, flagging issues for resolution with the forecasting team or MDM as needed. Flag weather forecast changes to the forecasting team, highlighting significant impacts on short‑term sales forecasts. About you Strong team player, building good working relationships at all levels. Proven excellence in customer service. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of multi‑tasking and managing multiple priorities calmly and efficiently. Strong planning, prioritising and organising skills. IT skills including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and use initiative. Enjoys being part of a hard‑working team, sharing goals and celebrating results.
