The role is pivotal in ensuring that our organisation attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent. This position demands a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and inspire.In this role you willLeadership:Lead, mentor, and inspire, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment best practices.Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goalsCollaborate with senior leadership to understand future talent needs and proactively plan recruitment activities.Full-cycle Recruitment:Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to acceptance of offer and work closely with the HR team during the onboarding process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.Personally handle senior-level or critical hires, demonstrating expertise in assessing and selecting top talent.Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to identify and attract high-calibre candidates.Establish and maintain relationships with industry networks, associations, and educational institutions to build a robust talent pipeline.Stakeholder Collaboration:Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique staffing needs.Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain understanding of their business needs.Collaborate on workforce planning and contribute insights to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.Employer Branding:Enhance and promote the organisation's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.Implement initiatives that showcase our workplace culture and values.Targets and Metrics:Achieve recruitment targets as set by the organisation, ensuring that vacancies are filled within the agreed timeframes.Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities.Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, suggesting improvements and optimisations.Continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment process, aiming for an improvement in measured metrics.Compliance:Working with HR to comply with employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment practices are in compliance.About youMinimum 3 years experience in a similar roleExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent IT skills – Excel/Word/PowerPointExperience of working with an ATSDriven, enthusiastic and committed to continued professional developmentAble to form and build good client relationships and work well in a teamDemonstrates a high degree of personal integrity, tact and discretionAnalytical, commercially aware, and fantastic attention to detailSelf-starter - Ability to work to deadlines with excellent time management skills but adaptable when requiredWell organised, meticulous in approach and strives for continuous improvementActively promote and work to Soben company valuesAbout life at SobenWe're on a mission to rewrite the rules.We're a diverse team of professionals who consider our work a vocation, not just a job.
