We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Management Partner to join the team of my public sector client.
**Role Purpose**
Working with the Talent, L&OD Lead to enable a high performing workforce by designing and delivering a dynamic talent management approach that recognises diverse and multi-generational workforce. Develop and deliver strategies that identify, develop and retaintop talent also adding value to their employer brand. Developing a clear and strong approach to managing their talent.
**Experience required**:
Previous experience of talent management initiatives such as workforce planning and succession planning, entry to work programmes etc. This is not a talent acquisition role.
