You’ll work closely with senior leadership, academic departments, and external partners to optimise income streams and support our long-term goals.What You’ll Be DoingLeading the strategic development of tuition fee policies and payment plansOverseeing student billing, income collection, and debt recovery processesEnsuring compliance with UK regulations (CMA, SLC, OfS, etc.)Collaborating across departments to enhance the student journeyManaging a high-performing team with a focus on service excellenceProviding insights and reports to senior leadership and governing bodiesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in student finance within higher education or a similar environmentStrong knowledge of UK tuition fee structures and funding modelsExcellent financial acumen and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
