We empower our people to show up as themselves, support one another, and treat every interaction with care and professionalism.What You'll Be DoingAs our Financial Controller, you'll lead the full financial function of the resort, providing insight, analysis, and strategic direction to the senior team. Key responsibilities include:Leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysisImplementing robust internal controls and financial policiesDriving cost control and revenue optimisation to improve profitabilityFinalising monthly, quarterly and annual accounts with accuracy and paceManaging cash flow, annual budgets and variance analysisMonitoring financial performance against targets and KPIsPreparing financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholdersEnsuring full compliance with regulatory and tax requirementsLeading and developing the finance teamLiaising with auditors, banks, and financial partnersWhat We're Looking ForYou'll be an experienced financial leader with a strong hospitality background and exceptional analytical skills.
