Business Development Manager - SaaS InfrastructureSalary: to £75,000 + uncapped OteHybrid, 2–3 days in LondonA high-growth Insurtech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive expansion within risk / analytics software. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can own the full sales cycle, has proven success in new business, and can shape go-to-market strategy in a rapidly evolving SaaS technology space. Our client has seen excellent recent success with a revenue increase close to double over the previous year.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, and closingDevelop tailored sales playbooks and strategies for the Critical Infrastructure sectorBuild and grow relationships with strategic enterprise accounts and industry partnersIdentify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand indirect sales opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiencesSupport transition of deals into delivery, ensuring successful implementation and retentionMaintain accurate sales pipeline management and reportingDrive revenue growth through upsell opportunities and expansion within key accountsSupport global sales initiatives where relevant to the sectorKey Requirements5+ years' experience in a SaaS new business roleThis should include proven recent success selling into large commercial enterprises (e.g. Rail, Utilities or Telecoms)Strong consultative selling skillsAbility to independently build and grow new markets or verticalsConfident engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makersHighly organised with strong planning, time-management, and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and pitchesProficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and MS OfficeFull rights to work - no sponsorship available
