Job DescriptionAre you passionate about early childhood education and excited by the opportunity to work in a new Early Years setting? Bring your know-how and enthusiasm to shape an inspiring early years environment where curiosity, exploration and discovery thrive.As a Early Years Practitioner, you’ll support the daily care and learning needs of children aged 9 months–3 years. Working as part of our welcoming team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You’ll bring a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent), along with previous hands-on experience supporting children in a caring environment.Purpose and Responsibilities of the roleTo provide the highest level of care and learning opportunities for children in your care;· Support and extend the individual needs and interests of the children in your care.· Ensure the well-being, health and safety of the children in your care.· Follow the EYFS Framework and develop engaging learning opportunities.· Promote and meet all the physical, emotional, social and developmental needs of the children in your care.· Ensure company policy and practices are carried out at all times.Key skills / requirements· Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.. Sound knowledge of the EYFS.· Caring, self-motivated and reliable.· Great at communicating and building relationships with children and their families.· Love of the outdoors.Interested? Apply today
