Early Years Practitioner Start: ASAP Contract: Full-time, Long-term (with potential to become permanent) Pay: £150–£230 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) About the role: A fantastic primary school is looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner or equivalent Nursery Nurse to join their warm, nurturing nursery team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a welcoming, well-resourced environment that truly values early years education.You’ll be part of a supportive staff community where every child’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence are encouraged to grow.What you’ll be doing: Supporting children aged 3–5 in line with the EYFS framework Creating a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment Working closely with colleagues to plan engaging activities Building strong relationships with children and families Helping every child feel valued and ready for their next step in learning What we’re looking for: ✅ Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent “full and relevant” qualification ✅ Experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting ✅ A warm, caring approach and a passion for early childhood education ✅ Good understanding of safeguarding and child developmentWhy join through Protocol Education?
