We're looking for a Technology Resource Planning Analyst to play a key role in aligning technical resource capacity with project demand across our delivery portfolio.What You'll DoLead forecasting and planning of technical resource demand across multiple IT projects and programmes.Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.Manage and enhance resource planning and time recording tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource needs are captured and aligned with delivery priorities.Produce insightful reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.Support recruitment and onboarding of technical resources.What You'll BringProven experience in IT resource planning, capacity management, or project coordination.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets.Proficiency in resource planning tools (e.g. Monday.com, Planview, Tempus) and Excel modelling.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.What We OfferA people-first culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Exposure to enterprise-level transformation programmes.A supportive environment where your insights help shape strategic decisions.Commitment to equity and belonging—your voice matters here.We welcome applications from all backgrounds and communities, and we're committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the people we serve.
