**Responsibilities**:
The Technology CoE has a dedicated Product team and a number of Technology Business Partners (TBP) who:

- Manage stakeholders' (Internal and external) expectations on what and when products/services can be delivered by the CoE
- Promote Resource Solutions' Connected platforms and create win-win relationships with new and existing clients
- Resource planning for Product team and the support provided by Robert Walters Group IT function
- Promote and govern the adoption of Connected platforms across Resource For an allocated region/sector to maintain visibility of all technology business needs for both new and existing clients
- Work with CoE colleagues to provide RS sales with the most appropriate team to present in client meetings our technology solutions
- Support RS operations leadership in continuous improvement initiatives where technology is identified as a requirement
- Act as technology workstream lead for designated new and existing client implementations
- Communicate technical information, provide coaching and support to audiences at all levels of the organization
- Partner with RWG IT teams on new technology introduction projects to communicate, plan for and ensure the RS business is prepared to deploy and support the new solutions
- Act as an escalation and resolution point for service issues including RWG provided IT infrastructure
