Job DescriptionSEN Teacher – LondonFull-Time | Permanent | QTS RequiredAre you a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs? Do you have the skills and empathy to support pupils with a wide range of learning profiles? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking school in London.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced teacher who can plan and deliver high-quality, individualised learning for pupils with diverse needs. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to provide a nurturing, inclusive and inspiring learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to a variety of SEN profilesSupport pupils with autism, including understanding sensory needs, communication differences and social developmentWork with children with a range of additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH needs, and learning disabilitiesCreate and implement personalised learning plans and EHCP targetsCollaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external agenciesMaintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environmentRequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essentialStrong knowledge of autism and SEN needsExperience working within a specialist or inclusive education settingExcellent communication and behaviour-support skillsA commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeingWhat We OfferA welcoming and collaborative teamOngoing professional development and trainingOpportunities for career progression within SENA well-resourced school environment tailored to specialist educationCompetitive salary based on experienceJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personWe are committed to safeguarding children.
