We power some of the UK's leading household comparison sites including MoneySuperMarket, GoCompare and Money Saving Expert.About the RoleWe're looking for Sales Coordinators to join us on a part-time basis (16–25 hours per week, 1 Saturday shift a month). This is a fully remote position with occasional in-office attendance required for training purposes, offering flexible shifts that work around you – Ideal for those looking for flexible hours to fit around other commitments – such as school runs, further education, caring responsibilities or any other commitments.Example shift patterns include:10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Mon - Sat9:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Mon - Sat4:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Mon - ThursWe understand that flexibility is key, and we're happy to discuss shift options that suit your lifestyle and meet customer needs.Location RequirementThis is a remote role; however, as part of a pilot programme, we require candidates to be based within a 20-mile radius of our office in Cardiff Bay. This is to accommodate occasional in-person meetings, training sessions, or support as needed.Training & SupportComprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success in your new role. You'll be supported by an experienced team manager and provided with the tools you need to thrive in a remote environment.Job ScopeAs an ActiveQuote Sales Coordinator, you will form part of the Sales function and will be the first contact with a customer, explaining the features of ActiveQuote and the benefits of the advised sales process, to generate and refer a lead for the Sales Consultants.The key scope of the role is to make high-volume outbound calls on real time and legacy campaigns to meet an expected call and quality target.
