**Main duties**:
To be responsible for the day-to-day sales coordination and administration within a very busy export sales team.

**The Role**:

- To processed all orders speedily and accurately through the system
- To provide and issue quotations
- To process orders and ensure on-time delivery
- To liaise with other departments and carriers regarding product Availability/ Quality/ Shipment /Returns
- To handle efficiently customer enquiries and complaints
- To act as main point of contact for customer accounts
- To update customers details accurately on the system
- To chase payments if necessary
- To provide administrative support (prepare export documentation and quotations, monitor and chase payments, general filing)

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- Excellent communication and confident telephone manners
- Previous Administration or customer service experience is desirable
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality

**SALARY**

**Up to £24,000 pa depending on experience + Excellent benefits**
