Job DescriptionPeople & Development Assistant Location: City (2 days WFH)Salary: £28k - £33k DOEWe’re partnering with a vibrant and well-established construction and property consultancy to find a People & Development Assistant to join their Early Talent team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for HR, early careers, or learning and development to contribute to a high-impact, fast-paced environment.What You’ll Be Doing:\tCoordinate and schedule training and development sessions\tOversee onboarding for graduate and apprenticeship programme intakes\tPrepare and manage key documentation and materials\tServe as a friendly and reliable point of contact for early talent queries\tSupport with planning and delivering early talent eventsAbout You:\tPrevious experience in HR, early careers, or L&D\tStrong organisational and time management skills\tConfident communicator, both written and verbal\tKnowledge of early talent programmes (grad or apprentice) is a plus\tA proactive, supportive, and team-oriented mindsetThis is a great role for someone early in their HR or L&D career looking to gain experience in a supportive and reputable firm.**LRA Search are acting as the employment agency for this role**
