Early Careers Talent Coordinator

You will also liaise closely with third-party organisations to identify optimal advertising methods and promote our early careers opportunities, including attending career fairs and external promotional events.
Early careers are a key focus of our internal HR team, who are a key division of the wider Professional Support team. The team support the entire employee life cycle including talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent development, retention and separation across the firm.
**Key aspects of the role include**:
- Working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, adverts, interview questions and relevant technical assessments.
- Attending interviews for roles you are acting as recruitment lead on, where applicable.
- Responding to work experience and internship requests and organising placements.
- Promoting trainee opportunities at career fairs, recruitment and networking events as appropriate.
- Liaising with relevant third-party organisations, agencies and training providers, building key relationships and a preferred supplier list and proactively seeking ways to further promote our entry level opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team, including the L&D Coordinator, L&D Assistant and the Talent Acquisition Assistant.
**You are the right person for the role if you have**:
- Experience within early years recruitment.
- The ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with people at all levels with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to multi-task and flex to the needs of the business.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage own workload.
- Confidence and are keen to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
