Job DescriptionRole OverviewAs a Vice President, you will play a critical role in expanding the firm’s presence across key areas such as portfolio strategy, commercial due diligence, go-to-market strategy, competitive strategy, and product commercialization. You will work closely with other senior leaders to grow core accounts, develop new client relationships, and deliver exceptional project outcomes while leading and mentoring consulting teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive practice growth within focus areas including market opportunity assessments, product development, go-to-market strategy, BD&L, and competitive strategyPartner closely with other Vice Presidents and Partners to grow existing client accounts and originate new businessLead and advise senior clients, leveraging healthcare subject-matter expertise, primary research, data analysis, and institutional knowledgeProvide thought leadership and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and market positioningEnsure delivery of high-quality, impactful project outcomesBuild, motivate, and mentor consulting teams; serve as a role model and coachSupport consultants’ personal and professional developmentManage project and practice-level profitabilityBalance multiple priorities including business development, client management, team leadership, and firm initiativesRequirements7–10 years of consulting experience at a top-tier healthcare or life sciences consulting firmDemonstrated success in strategy consulting, including business development and account growthEstablished professional network within the pharmaceutical sectorStrong executive presence with excellent communication and client-facing skillsExperience building, leading, and developing high-performing consulting teamsAbility to think creatively and at a “big picture” level while maintaining attention to detail
