As part of our newly formed HR & OD shared service team, you'll be instrumental in delivering our Purposeful Culture strategy through efficient processes and high-quality data that enable everyone across Curo.This role puts you at the heart of our people operations during an exciting time of transformation. You'll ensure Curo's HR and OD processes are managed efficiently while being involved in implementing our new HR platform - a transformative enterprise system that will revolutionise how we support colleagues. You'll identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, streamline practices and implement improvements that drive our purposeful culture strategy forward.What you'll be doingDriving continuous improvement of HR and OD workflows, procedures and toolkits to deliver efficiency and better valueSupporting the management of HR technology systems including iTrent, working closely with the HR & OD Shared Services ManagerUsing pre-built Power BI reports and data analytics to generate management reports and insights that inform better decision-makingMaintaining accurate colleague records and ensuring data quality throughout the employee lifecycleSupporting managers with guidance on recruitment technology (Teamtailor) to maximise system effectivenessResponding to basic HR enquiries and developing self-service resources to streamline colleague supportCoordinating learning and development programmes and optimising our learning management systemsManaging performance processes including our new Performance Development Review systemSupporting onboarding processes through technology, ensuring pre-employment checks meet agreed SLAsIdentifying and implementing digital solutions to automate manual processesWhat you'll get in returnBeyond a competitive salary of £31,500 and the chance to make a real difference every day, you'll get:Bonus schemeUp to 10% matched pension contribution with 6x salary life assurance26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 yearsYour birthday off as an extra holidayHybrid working (4 days onsite, 1 day home)Employee benefits platform including health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, gym membership, holiday trading and thousands of discountsAccess to an Employee Assistance Programme for your wellbeingMore about youYou're someone who enjoys working independently to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions. As part of Curo's wider digital adoption strategy, you'll help us use technology to deliver better HR services and support our colleagues more effectively.Essential:CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional qualificationDemonstrable experience managing HR workflows, processes and proceduresPassion for technology and digital-first approach to problem-solvingStrong data analysis skills with ability to identify trends and insightsProactive mindset with proven ability to streamline and improve processesWorking knowledge of employment legislation including GDPRExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProcess improvement and continuous improvement mindsetDesirable:Experience with HR technology systems (iTrent, Teamtailor or similar)Background in housing association or similar sectorExperience with Power BI or similar analytics toolsExperience implementing and/or testing new technology systemsAbout CuroWe're a leading South West housing association with social purpose at our heart.
