Their growth and success are central to achieving our mission allowing anyone to invest - and invest well. Reporting to our People Partner, the main purpose of this role is to be the glue that holds our people and communications team together. You'll be the first point of contact for all people related queries and work on processes, systems and project that support our people and communications team in delivery of our people roadmap. This role offers lots of variety, where you'll spin lots of plates working across two distinct but collaborative teams. **What will you be doing?** - Acting as the first point of contact for people queries in the team, assisting and directing these as required. - Ensuring our people data and systems are always up to date, accurate and a true reflection of our workforce. - Be the payroll and benefits guru - prepare payroll monthly, ensuring this is accurate and on time and add people to our benefits as required. - Drafting all people correspondence (e.g., employment contracts, contractual change letters) - Coordinating the delivery of our regulatory learning programme and our learning framework as it's created. - Owning the induction experience from job offer to end of first 90 days at Seccl. - Supporting the people and communications team with the delivery of people related projects g.,social media posts, awards submissions etc. - Supporting our executive team with ad hoc diary management and administrative support as needed. - Keeping our people related intranet pages up to date and supporting on delivery of internal communications and people engagement projects as needed. **Who are we looking for?**: **You'll be someone who**: - Is looking to progress their career in a human centric, people first culture - Has a growth mindset, willing to roll your sleeves up and give new things a try - Is comfortable working with data and systems. We use Bamboo, Culture Amp and Greenhouse here.
