Job DescriptionSales Team Manager - Technology (Permanent) Reading HQAre you a high-performing recruiter ready to step into a leadership role and drive a successful sales team? Roc Search is expanding our Technology division and we're looking for an experienced, ambitious professional to lead, inspire and grow a team of consultants while continuing to build strong client relationships.This is an opportunity to combine your recruitment expertise with people management, strategy and commercial leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.As Sales Team Manager, you will:Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, driving performance and exceeding revenue targetsProvide coaching, mentoring and ongoing development to maximise team potentialOversee full 360 recruitment activity across permanent technology rolesDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow your market presenceBuild and maintain client relationships and key accountsPlay a pivotal role in shaping team culture, motivation and success About You:Proven experience in a recruitment agency environmentDemonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience mentoring or managing consultants (formal or informal)Strong leadership skills with a motivational, results-driven approachCommercial mindset with a consultative sales styleTechnology market experience preferred but not essential (backgrounds from Education, Healthcare or Construction also welcome) We will also consider a Sales Team Lead/Manager looking for their next step within management.Why Join Roc Search?At Roc Search, we create limitless opportunities for our people and our clients.
