This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, access top-tier institutional and private capital, and join a platform where you'll be trusted to run your desk, your way.The Associate Director– Structured Real Estate Finance - Role:You'll take the lead on originating, structuring and executing real estate debt and equity transactions across a range of asset classes – including hotels, mixed-use schemes, and commercial developments.In your first 12–18 months, the focus will be on revenue generation and relationship building.
