They’re now looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across the South East — winning new intermediary relationships, elevating brand presence, and generating quality lending opportunities.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong broker network, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving commercial performance within a dynamic, product-led lending environment.What You’ll DoAs Regional BDM, you’ll be the face of the business across the South East, actively promoting the lender’s proposition and delivering high-quality pipelines through strong market engagement.Key responsibilities include:Building, managing, and growing relationships with brokers, networks, and intermediariesDriving new business acquisition across the regionDelivering product updates, workshops, and presentations to key partnersDeveloping a deep understanding of lending products and criteriaManaging the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion in partnership with underwriting teamsAttending industry events, roadshows, and broker visits to grow brand awarenessProviding vital market feedback to shape future product development and strategyAchieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targetsWhat You’ll BringExperience as a BDM in specialist lending, e.g. personal loans, secured lending, consumer finance, mortgages, or fintech lendingStrong broker/intermediary network within the South East regionProven track record of delivering against targetsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work autonomously with a commercial, solutions-led mindsetComfortable with field-based, high-activity business developmentTech-savvy and confident using digital tools to support sales performanceWhy Join?You’ll be joining a high-growth, forward-thinking lender with an excellent reputation and a modern product set.
