Reporting to the Process Leader, this role would suit a hardworking individual with a strong quality background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Key Duties:Perform CMM inspection of precision componentsOperate CMM equipmentManually measure parts using verniers, micrometres, gauges, callipers, etc.Document quality issues and report non-conformancesCompile detailed inspection reportsEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesAdhere to all health and safety proceduresSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience as a CMM Inspector within a manufacturing environment (essential)Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawingsProficiency with measuring equipmentCMM programming experience (highly advantageous)IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)Knowledge of FAIRSHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamThis vacancy is based in Redditch, easily accessible from Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Alcester, Studley, South Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Kidderminster, and Stourbridge.Join us and become part of a company that values precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
