Social Media Manager – Ceramics Brand

Join a growing ceramics brand in London as a Social Media Manager, supporting the development and execution of our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creative industries and eager to collaborate closely with a ceramic artist to shape and grow a unique brand identity. You will work in a hybrid capacity, both on-site and remotely, contributing to content creation, idea generation, and short-form video editing. This opportunity offers the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project success.Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging social media strategies tailored to the ceramics sector Create, schedule, and publish content across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Edit and optimize short-form videos and visual content for maximum engagement Collaborate directly with the artist to brainstorm creative campaigns and brand storytelling Monitor social media trends and adapt content to increase reach and audience interaction Support community management by responding to comments and fostering engagement Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvementSkills And Requirements Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably for creative or lifestyle brands Proficiency in short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar) Strong visual sense and understanding of brand aesthetics Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas Excellent written communication and organizational skills Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (on-site and remote) setting in London Availability for 1–2 days per week, with flexibility for future opportunities Enthusiasm for ceramics, art, or design is a plusAbout TwineTwine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
