This role is ideal for someone passionate about creative industries and eager to collaborate closely with a ceramic artist to shape and grow a unique brand identity. You will work in a hybrid capacity, both on-site and remotely, contributing to content creation, idea generation, and short-form video editing. This opportunity offers the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies tailored to the ceramics sector
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Edit and optimize short-form videos and visual content for maximum engagement
  • Collaborate directly with the artist to brainstorm creative campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content to increase reach and audience interaction
  • Support community management by responding to comments and fostering engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Skills And Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably for creative or lifestyle brands
  • Proficiency in short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar)
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of brand aesthetics
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid (on-site and remote) setting in London
  • Availability for 1–2 days per week, with flexibility for future opportunities
  • Enthusiasm for ceramics, art, or design is a plus
