The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contentious probate litigation, along with a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, SRA regulations, and other relevant codes of practice. Adhering to applicable legislation and policies will be a crucial aspect of this role.The Firm are looking for someone who naturally builds strong relationships and communicates with confidence.
