About the RoleAs a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment process, including business development, client management, sourcing top IT talent, and overseeing successful placements. You will deliver high-quality recruitment solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.This role is hybrid, offering a balance of office-based collaboration and remote working. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full 360 recruitment process across the IT market.Conduct business development to build and grow client portfolios.Source, screen, and interview high-quality IT candidates.Prepare and submit strong candidate profiles to clients.Manage client and candidate communication throughout the process.Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS.Build and nurture pipelines for ongoing and future roles.Represent Alium Consultancy professionally in all interactions. What We're Looking For2–3 years' experience as a 360 recruiter.Experience in IT recruitment.Strong business development and client relationship skills.Confident sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent networks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and meet targets.Professional, self-driven, and collaborative.
