Annapurna is searching for an experienced 360 recruitment professional to join our interim 360 team, focusing on UK and international markets in Tech

We're a **relationship-focused** search firm whose best asset is the people we hire

We're on the search for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and high-energy 360 recruitment consultants who can power growth in the ERUPT function

In this role, you'll build relationships with fast-growth technology clients, giving them access to top-quality talent pools... Providing high-quality 360 recruitment services from start to finish

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Relationship building with clients in the technology sector
- Regularly winning new business with new and existing clients
- Provide top-end market knowledge to clients
- Provide quality end-to-end 360 recruitment services
- Negotiation of terms with clients
- Pitching Annapurna's services regularly
- Headhunting and nurturing relationships with top talent
- Provide commercial knowledge to the client about how they might improve or change their recruitment strategies
- Advise on branding strategies for clients

**Requirements
- Recruitment experience (2-3 yrs)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to pitch effectively
- Highly charismatic and energetic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and self-starting
- Have the confidence to operate outside your comfort zone
- Competitive, with a goal-orientated mindset
- Demonstrate examples of resilience and tenacity
- Positive individuals who mirror the Annapurna Values
