We enjoy an enviable reputation as one of Europe’s most prestigious venues with the OVO Hydro consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world, attracting over 2 million visitors per year.As a Customer Engagement Assistant - Digital Signage, you will be responsible for working as part of the Customer Experience Team to help deliver the following: Support liaison with clients, partners and SEC teams, providing information on digital screen assets and the operating model available to them.Receive and collate relevant content from these parties, checking for compatibility and suitability for our digital signage platform.Upload and organise content to our signage platform.Schedule approved content at appropriate times.Record content received and displayed per event, reporting using the agreed structure.Ensure the digital signage platform is managed correctly, removing old content as necessary. Our ideal candidate has experience working with multiple clients and stakeholders to collate and organise information for service delivery and be confident working with digital systems. This is a part time (21 hours per week), permanent role.
