Your role will be focused on driving performance with key publishers and technology partners and acting as one of our client contacts for digital planning and buying activity in the market.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and establishing process for end to end campaign management, across programmatic and direct activityCommunicating directly with key stakeholders on a daily basis and have working knowledge of the strategic direction of programmatic and displayAttending, presenting and directing regular client meetings and callsEnsuring delivery of high-quality reports to deadline, with useful insights, reccomendations and evaluationUtilising your knowledge and experience of programmatic and display to contribute to the development of both Brand and DR aspects of the account, from a direct and programmatic standpointMaintaining healthy pacing across team, while maintaining high levels of brand safety performanceReviewing and questioning performance of campaigns and activitiesInvolvement with administrative tasks associated with the account: liaising with finance, trafficking teams, BI, and various other teamsManaging the day-to-day activities of two - three display & programmatic buyers, teaching them how to build, optimize, and troubleshoot campaignsProvide internal team with updates across programmatic landscape and connect strategic partners on a regular basisStaying up to date and propose innovative display/programmatic activations based on the latest market trendsEnsure clients are informed of Assembly's sustainability offering and credentialsChampion a sustainable approach to marketing across client work where applicable, and consider sustainability across campaign elements such as messaging and creativeRequired SkillsStrong knowledge and command of programmatic, from in-platform building to platform troubleshootingAble to build campaigns in several DSPs including DV360, Teads, TTD, Google Ads with working knowledge on trafficking (Campaign Manager, Adform...)Digital direct response and Branding experienceExperience with Mid-Level client managementAbility to devise and execute campaign strategies across UK and EuropeKnowledge of the role played by other channels inc. paid search, SEO, and social is an advantage but not essential.Equal OpportunitiesAssembly is an advocate for equal opportunity in the workplace.
