The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Cheshire. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.Purpose of the roleTo develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos.
