We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.Want to come and be a part of it?Please Note: This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave.What will you be doing?Prepare, submit and secure approval for monthly payment applications.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Develop and manage target cost contracts, including cost forecasting and risk mitigation.Monitor and control project costs against budgets and forecasts to maintain financial performance.Compile and analyse cost reports and commercial performance reviews.Prepare and review subcontractor packages, valuations and final accounts.Support change-management processes, including assessment, pricing and negotiation of variations.Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and the development of procurement strategies.Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost capture and timely reporting.Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support successful project delivery.What youll bringMinimum 3 years Quantity Surveying experience (infrastructure/civil engineering preferred)Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplineKnowledge of Target Cost Contracts (NEC3/NEC4)Experience preparing/managing payment applications and CVR/commercial administrationStrong numerical/analytical ability and stakeholder communication skillsProficient in Excel; familiarity with CEMAR/Causeway-CPA advantageousWhats in it for you?We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include;Matched or contributory pension schemeOnline GP service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a yearEmployee assistance programmeMy Rewards portal, access to 1000s of retail discountsLife assuranceCycle to work, salary finance and give as you earn schemesEnhanced maternity, paternity leave and adoption leaveReward and recognition schemeIn addition, this role offers;Company car and fuel card with a range of EV and hybrid vehicles to choose fromMy Car Choice our salary sacrifice EV/ Hybrid car scheme28 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPersonal Accident CoverPlease note: Occasionally, job adverts might be closed before the stated closing date.
