Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Salary to £60k | Company Car or Allowance | Pension | 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays**
- **Key Essentials**:_
- Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the evaluation, negotiation and management of commercial and contractual risks for contracts under NEC forms of contract
- Analysing costs, reviewing terms and conditions and evaluating subcontractors
- Carry out preparation of cost estimates, budgets, cost planning, monitoring and control cost and cost research
- Preparation of valuations, variations control, arranging for payment, contract administration and preparation and assessment of claims
- Preparing monthly reports analysing cost vs value
- Assist in managing cost effectiveness of contracts from the initial stages to the final costings
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor on utility projects
- You should ideally be professionally qualified in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or hold relevant experience
- You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Excel
