Job DescriptionJob TitleLead Product Manager - Automated DecisioningJob DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our flagship component of Decision Platform: a suite of products to support Automated Decisioning across multiple Underwriting and Claims use cases.Automated Decisioning is a critical pillar of Decision Platform’s vision to empower insurers to drive better, faster decisions throughout their business across Underwriting & Claims. It includes our flagship product the Underwriting Engine, as well as newer components Decision Studio (Orchestration & Data Sourcing), Claims Engine and Analytics – with several further evolutions planned to disrupt the current workflows and value chain using AI.This is a global role. You will work across multiple regions, supporting regional go-to-market strategies while prioritising one global engineering team. You’ll need a sharp strategic mindset to evaluate trade-offs between local value and global scalability. Your decisions will help define what gets built, when, and why.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the product strategy development and execution for the UMe Automated Decisioning portfolio – ensuring alignment with UMe’s broader platform vision, customer needs, and regulatory dynamics across markets. Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform product development decisions and prioritise roadmap for the product line. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks for our business. Prioritise work across multiple products and geographies, balancing diverse regulatory environments, and commercial opportunities. Align feature development with business goals Ensure clear communication of priorities, value, and trade-offs to internal stakeholders, and to external partners or clients when relevant to implementation, delivery, or roadmap alignment. Define OKRs and KPIs with your teams to continuously improve and drive growth. Lead, mentor, and develop product managers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery of product initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Be the internal voice for the Automated Decisioning product suite, ensuring product progress and priorities are well understood by leadership and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Commercial, Customer Success, Designers, Data, Engineering, and other PMs) to build a unified, scalable roadmap. Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to articulate the value of your product portfolio and support go-to-market success. Define product discovery frameworks, business cases and decision documents for your product lineQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years in product management, with exposure to AI products. Experience with B2B enterprise software products; domain knowledge in insurance or health-tech is a bonus. Proven track record of building and growing successful platform or infrastructure products in multi-stakeholder environments. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills: you can quantify trade-offs and prioritise under ambiguity. Exceptional communication and influencing skills: you can align diverse teams around a shared product vision, balancing differing perspectives with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
