About the job

Tandem Creative Agency: Producer / Senior Account Lead

Full-time, Hybrid -
West London Area, United Kingdom

The Female Lead has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Producer / Senior Account Lead to join our creative agency Tandem.

The Female Lead is a media platform dedicated to creating a world where women can thrive. Our community is 9 million strong across our social media following and has a monthly reach of 26 million. We use powerful storytelling, research and partnerships to inspire and drive change.

Our new agency, Tandem, helps brands better connect with women through a powerful media partnership and the smarter use of data and creativity. We're looking for a Producer / Senior Account Lead to make this happen. This crucial role is a career-defining opportunity for someone looking to make their mark: taking our deeply loved and trusted media platform to the next level.

Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Producer / Senior Account Lead. This is a hybrid role spanning account management, production delivery, and media activation. The successful candidate will be a strong generalist who can keep the project moving, manage multiple client and internal stakeholders, and ensure best-in-class delivery across creative, content, and amplification.

You'll be the main point of contact for clients, overseeing day-to-day delivery, production workflows, managing budgets and media activations (with support from specialists where needed). This role requires someone with excellent project leadership skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to turn strategy into execution.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in production or account management/direction, ready to step into a broader, more dynamic position that blends both producer and project management skillsets. Flexibility is key, working in London, at our Notting Hill office and attending client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Manage expectations, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.

Production Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end production of campaign assets: shoots, contributor management, design, copy, and social/editorial assets.
  • Manage suppliers, freelancers, and contributors to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with creative and strategic objectives.

Media Placement & Amplification

  • Plan and oversee distribution of content across owned and if required, partner channels (social, newsletter, website etc.).
  • Coordinate with media specialists to ensure effective amplification.
  • Track schedules and performance to maintain momentum over quarterly campaign waves ( with Insights team)

Commercial Oversight

  • Own budget tracking, scope management, and project financials.
  • Identify efficiencies, cost savings, and value-add opportunities.
  • Ensure all outputs are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.

Essential experience

  • 5–7 years' experience in account management, production, or campaign delivery (agency, media, or brand-side).
  • Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns with high-profile clients.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills with strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of content production workflows (shoots, asset creation, design, copy).
  • Experience with social media distribution and amplification (organic/paid).
  • Commercially savvy with confidence managing budgets and scopes.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven.

This is
a full time, hybrid role with 2-3 days per week working in our Notting Hill office and/or attending client meetings in central London.
The successful candidate must be flexible on which days are spent in London based on client needs.

The salary for this position is dependent on experience. Feel free to state your salary expectations when you apply.

To apply, please email with a covering letter and CV.
