Account Manager – eCommerce SaaSThe RoleWe're supporting a leading SaaS business in the eCommerce automation space, looking for a talented Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships.This is a key role focused on developing long-term partnerships with existing clients — ensuring high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and expansion across global accounts. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio.This position is remote within the UK.To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in one of the following sectors: eCommerce SaaS, Retail Tech, Marketplace/Channel Management, Inventory Management, Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Shipping/Fulfilment SaaS, or Supply Chain/Logistics Technology. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of key global customers, driving retention, growth, and satisfactionIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through consultative engagementBuild strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisationsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platformConduct regular business reviews and present strategic recommendationsTrack and report on key account metrics, forecasting renewals and expansion revenue What We're Looking For3+ years' experience in account management within the relevant areasProven track record of growing existing customer accounts and driving renewalsStrong commercial awareness and ability to identify expansion opportunitiesConfident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skillsOrganised, proactive, and collaborative, with a genuine passion for customer success The Package£55,000 base salary + £37,500 OTEFully remote (UK)25 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate medical insuranceGroup life insurance and wellbeing rewards programmeLaptop and home office budgetAccess to mental health and wellness supportOngoing training, development, and clear career progression
