This 15-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a prestigious academic environment.You will be responsible for providing expert advice on property management, acquisitions, leases, and development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting long-term strategic planning.Key Responsibilities: * Manage and advise on the full lifecycle of property assets, including acquisition, disposal, and leasing. * Undertake valuations, feasibility studies, and project appraisals. * Provide professional guidance on compliance with property legislation and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants on development and refurbishment projects. * Support strategic planning and reporting for the estates portfolio.About You: * Qualified surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) with relevant experience in estate/property management. * Strong knowledge of property law, lease management, and valuation principles. * Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.What We Offer: * A stimulating and supportive working environment. * Opportunity to work on a unique and diverse portfolio of properties. * Competitive salary of £60,000 per year. * 15-month fixed-term contract
