They ensure therapist competence, brand consistency, and partner confidence, acting as trusted ambassadors of ESPA. As the custodians of quality and the key ingredient that elevates our uniqueness, Training Managers play a vital role in sustaining ESPA's reputation as a global leader in luxury wellness.As Training Manager, you'll: Deliver training in ESPA treatments, products, and philosophy to ensure therapists achieve competence and uphold brand standards & provide education in ESPA's skincare philosophy, ingredients, and products. Mentor and assess therapists to support consistency, confidence, and commercial awareness & encourage therapists to integrate sales techniques naturally into treatments and consultations. Deliver focused training in retail excellence and brand support, strengthening therapist confidence in product knowledge, consultation, and retail performance. Support partner business success by aligning training with guest satisfaction, treatment quality, and retail performance. Represent ESPA as a brand ambassador at partner sites, launches, events, and press opportunities. Support spa partners with post-opening integration, refresher training, and ongoing quality assurance. Manage extensive international travel, balancing preparation, delivery, and reporting. Deliver training onsite and via digital platforms, ensuring engagement, quality and consistency. Adapt to last-minute changes and shifting priorities while maintaining standards of delivery. Effectively manage time and workload across multiple time zones, balancing work commitments with personal wellbeing while travelling. Adhere to company travel and wellbeing policies to ensure sustainable working practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and confidentiality requirements. Produce accurate training reports, evaluations, and recommendations. Maintain hygiene and presentation of training environments to reflect luxury standards. Act as a role model for ESPA standards by demonstrating holistic professionalism in both appearance and behaviour. Follow ESPA brand standards, treatment protocols, and methods. Stay up to date with all ESPA treatments, products, and developments. Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure consistency of delivery and best practice sharing.What skills and experience do I need for this role? NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in beauty therapy and bodywork. Strong expertise in facials, massage, and holistic treatments. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a senior spa, wellness, or training role. Confident communicator. Knowledge of skincare, skin, anatomy and physiology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to deliver in person and online training. Fluency in English. Demonstrates a commitment to personal health, wellness, and professional self-care, consistent with ESPA's brand philosophy. Maintains professional appearance and holistic presentation consistent with 5-star spa and luxury wellness standards. Strong time-management and self-organisation skills, with the ability to balance global travel schedules, training delivery, and personal wellbeing.Desirable Requirements CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC qualifications. Training or assessor qualification. Experience in a 5-star spa or luxury wellness environment.
