Your responsibilities will include:Monitoring and responding to individual needs throughout the nightSupporting with personal care routines, where requiredEnsuring a calm and safe environment for restful sleepRecording and reporting any changes in health or behaviourPromoting independence and dignity in every interactionSupporting with morning routines and preparing for the day aheadResponding to emergencies and following established protocolsMaintaining accurate documentation and handover notesYou’ll be working with individuals who enjoy a range of activities—from baking and gardening to arts and crafts and social events.
