We are hiring for our client, a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm in East Belfast, who are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic financial services environment, with competitive pay, bonus potential, and the benefit of free on-site parking.Top 3 Things to Know About this Job:Up to £30,000 salary, plus bonus potentialEast Belfast location with free parkingMust have experience in banking, financial services administration, or mortgages/pensions administrationThe Role:* Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners in day-to-day tasks* Assist with client onboarding, document preparation, and product applications* Manage and update client records using internal systems and CRM software* Process and track new business applications for pensions, investments, mortgages, and life insurance* Prepare client reports, investment valuations, and other financial documents as required* Handle client inquiries and provide updates on the status of their applications or financial matters* Assist with accounting and billing for clients, including fee statements and payment processing* Liaise with product providers, insurers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies* Provide general administrative support, including managing diaries and handling incoming communicationsThe Person - What We're Looking For* Previous experience in banking, financial services administration, mortgage administration, or pensions administration is required* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal* IT proficient with experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work* Previous experience in an IFA environment is desirable but not essential, an understanding of IFA's is required* Friendly, professional, and client-focused with excellent interpersonal skillsThe Reward - What's in it for You?* Up to £30,000 salary + performance-related bonus* Free parking* Professional development opportunities in financial services* Work in a supportive and dynamic team environment* Opportunity for hybrid workingNext Steps - Why Hunter SavageHunter Savage partners with leading firms across Northern Ireland to help connect financial services professionals with their ideal roles.
