We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our Kier Design Digital Team supporting our high-profile projects cross the business.Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire - hybrid working available, between project office and home / closer Kier office, a minimum of two days a week at the Gloucester project office are required.Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.What will you be responsible for?As Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Design Digital Team, focussing on adopting our information management process on our projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, focussing on ISO 19650, and helping in delivering against client requirements. The role will be as part of a centralised Information Coordination Team so the successful applicant will be supporting other projects dependant on deadlines and annual leave cover.Your Day To Day Will IncludeManaging the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards, controlling and hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either with groups or on an individual basisActing as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractorsProviding ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the Information Coordination Team and Project Team, in line with client & Kier protocols and ISO 19650 where requiredWhat are we looking for?This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if:You embody diverse and clear communication skills with experience of effective communication across multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, subcontractors, and the wider supply chainAre competent with EDMS and hold experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sourcesHave the ability to handle a variety of situations at one given time, and to do so efficientlyRewards And BenefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
