Job DescriptionExperienced in retail travel and looking to move into the Tour Operator side of the Industry? Recently studied Travel & Tourism and looking for your first role in Travel? Looking for a Monday - Friday / hybrid role? Look no furtherWe are working with a reputable Tour Operator based in SW London, who are looking for a Support Consultant to join their Sales and Customer Service team.The role:Produce professional and accurate documentation within agreed deadlinesCommunicate with clients and agents via phone and email to gather all required information ahead of travelRun booking reports to confirm readiness for documentationLiaise with Product teams to ensure accuracy for each departureDeliver service that consistently delights customers and drives positive experiencesAim for first-time resolution to minimise repeat customer contactCommunicate clearly and proactively to reduce customer effort at every stageCoordinate with internal departments to fully represent the customer's needsHonour all commitments to customers with timely follow-upLiaise with external suppliers and third-party providersBook travel services and manage brochure distribution and stock levelsSupport all departments where requiredDuring peak demand, act as first point of contact to assist with calls and email enquiriesProvide personalised service, recognising individual customer requirementsAccurately capture detailed information using in-house booking systemsAbout you:Some experience within Travel & Tourism (desirable)Proven commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and time managementPositive, proactive and enthusiastic attitudeHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and remain composed under pressureSelf-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamWillingness to take ownership and demonstrate initiative The package:A starting salary of £25,000Flexible workplace culture with hybrid working model4 weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays and a bonus weekLearning Allowance, access funds to use towards your learning and developmentExperience our premium products through familiarisation tripsOpportunity to Work From Anywhere for up to 20 days per yearOpportunities for giving back through our One Tomorrow Foundation and volunteer leavePaid Parental LeaveEmployee Assistant ProgramFamily and Friends travel discountsHighly engaged team and great company cultureInterested?Please click APPLY or contact (url removed)
